Are you living with Crohn’s? We are currently enrolling patients for a CROHN'S DISEASE clinical trial here in Columbus.

Crohn's disease can affect your daily life. When you have a flare-up, it can be uncomfortable, painful, and even embarrassing. What's more, flare-ups stop many people from taking part in daily activities.

This clinical research study is testing an investigational drug to see how safely and effectively it can reduce signs and symptoms of Crohn's disease flare-ups.  We are looking for people ages 18 to 75 who have tried medication for this disease, but have not responded well or have stopped responding to their current treatment.

CLUSTER HEADACHE Clinical Trial

CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN Clinical Trial

Find out if you can take part in the ENFORCE research study. Get Started!

We are currently enrolling patients for a CLUSTER HEADACHE clinical trial here in Columbus. If you take part in the study, you may receive:

• Investigational study medication for cluster headaches

• Study-related care from study doctors

• Compensation for travel

• Health insurance and doctor referrals aren’t needed to participate.

“Painful” doesn’t even begin to describe cluster headaches for many.  Cluster headaches are fierce, intense headaches that happen in “clusters” that often last for 6 to 12 weeks. They occur on the side of the head, usually around the eye. People who have cluster headaches can seek help from doctors, specialists, and other options, but the headaches often come back.

The ENFORCE research study is looking for people who have been diagnosed with cluster headaches to  participate. People who volunteer and qualify may have the opportunity to try an investigational study drug for cluster headaches.

You may be eligible to enroll and try the investigational study medication if you:

• Are 18 to 70 years of age

• Have had cluster headaches for 12 months or more

The study doctor will also check other requirements to see if you’re eligible to participate.

Do you have CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN and are you on high doses of opioids such as hydrocodone, oxycodone, morphine, tramadol, hydomorphone, buprenorphine or other opioids?  We are currently enrolling patients for a LOW BACK PAIN clinical trial here in Columbus.

This clinical trial is for patients who have moderate to severe chronic low back pain, have been on a stable dose of opioid medication to control their pain and may be looking to try a new option for pain management. The study-related medication has potential benefits including:  better tolerance compared to other medications you may be taking, less dependence on opioids for pain management and less  constipation than with opioid use.

If you take part in the study, you may receive:

• Study-related medications and examinations at no cost

• Compensation for time and travel

• Health insurance and doctor referrals aren’t needed to participate.

You may be eligible to enroll if you:

• Are 18 to 75 years of age
