
Rincon, GA – Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Vaccine Research Study
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a common virus that can infect people of all ages. It belongs to the herpesvirus family and is related to viruses that cause herpes simplex, chickenpox, and mononucleosis. CMV can cause a variety of symptoms or no symptoms at all and is often harmless in healthy people. However, it can be dangerous for people with weakened immune systems or unborn babies if a pregnant woman becomes infected. CMV is transmitted through bodily fluids such as saliva, urine, blood, and breast milk.
Centricity Research is currently enrolling participants in a CMV study at our Rincon, Georgia location. Compensation may be available for time and travel for qualified participants.
