Clinic:
Location: Columbus, GA
Diabetic foot ulcer is a skin condition that can happen to people with diabetes. It happens when a sore or wound on your foot doesn’t heal properly. This can be caused by nerve damage and poor blood flow to your feet, which are common problems for people with diabetes. Diabetic foot ulcers can be painful and can increase your risk of infection. If you have diabetes, it’s important to take care of your feet every day by checking them for any signs of sores or wounds, washing them regularly, and keeping them dry.
