Endometriosis Research Trial
Columbus, Georgia
Endometriosis is a condition where the tissue that normally lines the uterus (endometrium) grows outside of the uterus and onto other organs in the body. Symptoms of endometriosis can include abdominal pain, cramping during periods, heavy bleeding during periods, pain during intercourse, and fertility problems. The cause of endometriosis is unknown but it is thought to be related to hormones. Treatment for endometriosis may include medications or surgery depending on the severity of symptoms. Surgery may be used to remove endometrial growths or scar tissue that has formed due to the condition.
Centricity Research is currently enrolling participants in an endometriosis study in our Columbus, GA location. Compensation may be available for time and travel for qualified participants.
